Solvor has more than 30 years of management experience from companies such as SATS, Savo, Holmris B8 and EVO. She has contributed to the start-up of several successful companies such as Circle Innovation, Senzie, SHE and EVOfitness. She was also previously co-owner and operated four SATS centers. She has extensive experience in technology projects such as membership systems for SATS and EVO.

Maria Arlén is a medical doctor with obesity, weight loss and lifestyle diseases as special fields through her doctorate, obesity training from Harvard University and daily clinical work. Maria's many years of expertise in obesity have been decisive in the development of several private obesity clinics and obesity teams within the specialist health service.

Pharmacist, Market Access Manager

Yacine is a pharmacist by training and holds a second degree in business management. Over the years, he has built strong expertise in Market Access and Reimbursement for a wide range of health products, primarily in France but also at the international level. He is passionate about improving patient access to innovative solutions, particularly where there is a therapeutic need or gap, with the ambition to drive meaningful therapeutic change and support prevention. Beyond his professional focus, he has a strong interest in nutrition, physical activity, and healthy lifestyle. 

PhD, PCA

Marthe is a researcher with a PhD in medicine and health science, specializing in obesity, nutrition and metabolism. Her work explores how weight, appetite regulation, and eating behavior interact. With a background in Nutrition and Clinical Health Sciences and 10+ years as a physical trainer and coach, she helps develop holistic digital solutions that improve patient outcomes and support sustainable lifestyle change.

Quality manager

Aimée Cicilie Bruheim serves as a Quality & Content Project Manager at Lifeness, where she leverages her expertise in business development, innovation, and sustainable practices to enhance our product offerings.

With an MBA in Technology Management focusing on business development, innovation, sustainability, and circular economy from Nord University, Aimée brings valuable insights to our Product & Research department.

Her strong background in business administration combined with skills in business strategy, communication, and artificial intelligence positions her perfectly to lead quality initiatives and content development projects

OP & Lifestyle coach

Nicole is a successful weight loss coach with a strong reputation in the industry.
She holds an MBA in International Business and has allround lifestyle, health & business competences from Technip FMC, KID, ROEDE and her own active wear brand. She is multilingual and has deep interest in weight loss psychology and behavioural change.

Frederik is a Computer Science graduate with two decades of experience in software development, where he has successfully served as a Software Developer, Chief Architect, and CTO.
His professional journey has spanned both the private and public sectors, as well as several years as an entrepreneur. Before joining the Lifeness team, Frederik contributed his expertise at Skatteetaten and Heimgard Technologies.
